Intel PDC G4560 4.8K
Any H110M mobo 5.5K (newer model comes with 7th Gen supported BIOS)
Western Digital WDS240G1G0A 240GB SSD - 6.7K (cheapest so far)
8GB single stick DDR4 ram 5K
Zotac/Leadtek GTX 1050Ti 4GB 13.5K
CM Elite 350W 2.5K
Generic Casing 2K
Total = 40K
* Prices are taken from Ryans website.
* Either sacrifice better CPU or GPU to get SSD within that range.
* That Pentium's cpu performance is equal to last gen i3, so dont waste money on i3. If your works limited to WEB/App designing/development then that will be sufficent. But if you are an Architect/Civil student then minimum i5.
No H110 board supports PCIE 3.0. So my suggestion is stay clear away from them.
That Pentium & 6th Gen i3 both are 2Core 4Thread. Just 7-8 months later get an i7-7700, for your PC.

That performance difference is negligible for low end card.
Intel Core i5 7500 16.6K
Any H110M mobo 5.5K (assuming updated bios)
ADATA SP550 240gb SSD - 6.6K
G.skill Ripjaws V 16gb DDR4 ram 9K
CM Elite 350W 2.5K
Generic Casing 1.2K
Total = 42K
Your workflow won't need that much GPU power (unless you're primarily rendering in Adobe Ps) but will need tons of CPU and RAM.
