Win10 is like 10k but there's this https://www.pickaboo.com/zedbook-w-2...nvertable.html
16k laptop/tablet thingie that has genuine Windows.
My question is do these come pre activated or do they offer a key?
If so can I use that key on my desktop?

Please don't waste that much on Windows. Check if your uni is eligible for free Windows 10 license. If not, buy a key from Kinguin or from r/MicrosoftSoftwareSwap for $20 or so. I like the reddit option cause you can use Amazon gift cards to pay them.

These 10TK windows 10 are for 1 time use only? Or can it be ued again if I change my motherboard, gpu, hdd, cpu etc?
Those are most likely not geniune Windows, even if they are, that keys must be OEM version. Since OEM Windows are integrated with System Mobo, they are lot cheaper like $10~20.
You can buy this cheap OEM Windows from Kinguin. Those are safe & it is verified by Pauls Hardware. source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yXTqz3Fd28M
$100~120 Windows Full/retail: Even if you changed your full PC hardware, you can use that key again.
$10~20 Windows OEM: You can use it only one single setup. Changed your mobo & you have to buy a new one. BIOS update can do this s***. (dont know about this part)
Plz give a short review of that 15K laptop. I want to get one for my Linux build within that range.

i changed my mobo and kept the windows oem license... you need to remember the cdkey, if you reinstall windows or change mobo and forget cdkey then you are kind of screwed, unless u somehow set the cdkey with ur outlook address. contact @aayman the windows expert
