These business grew out of monopoly so their main intention was never to do real business ,instead make some quick bucks .corrupt ,political influence helped them to use business to smuggle goods or take illegal loans .its not the first time & it won't be last time these politically influenced business groups falls

I saw it coming years ago, to be honest.

Bad business practice and not adapting to the constant competition at all is the reason behind their downfall.

I wonder what's going to happen to their largest retailer, PC World Rajshahi?

If you dont make margins on your business, this surely would come. The last LC they ordered from MSI was back is April 2016.

They are the one to implement max 1 year warranty rule in 2014.
    Totally deserved it.

Sad. Wonder who'll pick up their business now. Corsair (whammy!), Logitech (sht!), Steelseries (meh!), Antec (they have some great products but nobody buys them here), Microlab (dun dun duhhh). Shiit!!! Other companies don't have this much basket of peripherals like them. UCC has none, Global has their shtty Asus Strix and whatnot and Star Tech has shtty Razer.
My probable next build: Qisan MagicForce 68 (Outemu switch) / Teamwolf Zhuque+ 87 TKL (Outemu) / Monoprice Select series full size (Outemu/Gateron) / Drevo Gramr 84 TKL (Outemu) Logitech G102 Prodigy Deepcool Dukase V3 / Thermaltake Versa U21 Superlux HD 681 Creative Sound Blaster E1 LG 22MP68VQ SteelSeries QcK Generic executive chair others TBA

djrock please don't bother me. You are in my ignore list so I don't have to see literal poop.

Logitech gaming gears are absolutely not and outperforms every gaming gears company. They lost their way for a year but now they are back to their senses with their designs. I do hope someone serious picks them up and prices them properly like Startech is doing with Razer.

Steelseries has a lot of brand value in BD, but their products don't perform as well as Logitech's. SS mousepads are still great and probably the only thing I would buy from them right now. Antec...well too many alternatives with very similar if not better performance.

    - - - Updated - - -

@VANGUARD you guys should drop thermaltake gaming gears and get Logitech/SS. I vote for the former of course.

Business is done by professionalism, not emotionalism.

    - - - Updated - - -

Have any of you ever wondered why there is a severe scarcity of smart, educated people in IT industries of BD? Why this is not a posh business here like the rest of the world? Because companies cannot make enough profit to hire high caliber people. Simple.

When Big Monopoly business falls then Every body Wins .Have a party Guys .We want more little business to grow & work independently without making a Syndicate out of their businesses ,they should do business as Rivals of each other not joined in a single group & Gang up on their customers .Next Hope Global Brand Falls .Its too dangerous & too much power when One Company Hold All the Dealership of Most Top Brands .Break them all & re distribute dealership to every other company

i understand what u are saying, big banks monopoly thingy... breaking down big banks to create capitalism but this is different case.

i dont think globalbd has any exclusivity distributorship with any productline. do they have any exclusivity with asus? or just read this in a broader sense, do any of the BD shops have any exclusivity deal with any product line? that goes for sony microsoft intel amd asus msi zotac sapphire gb adata dell hp benq etc. and ucc smart rangs global computersource binary etc. ???

i am asking this the only exclusivity deal with in this country i heard of is one random newspaper said rangs has an exclusivity deal with sony?? is it true can anbody confirm? can anybody give me any links from a well knowned news source that RANGS CLAIMED WE HAVE AN EXCLUSIVITY DEAL WITH SONY AND NO OTHER GADGETGEAR CAN IMPORT SONY PRODUCTS WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION

Corsair has been given to Smart Tech, and Razer is now done by Star Tech Engineering. Don't know about Logitech and Microlab. Both are my favorites.

Yes Global Brand has Exclusive Dealership of Top Brands Asus ,Dell ,Philips ,LG(other 50 brand) .So almost 80% of Top Brands in PC world(Monitor market) control by Global brand . That is why if Price falls in int market or Govt reduce Tax these Top monopoly giants won't do anything as no one is there to challenge their rule.I don't know if any other country allow this kind of 1 or 2 Big Company to Control business of Whole Market of the country

I am not certain about the exclusivity of the distributorships so I can't comment on that.

I can't quote or edit again. @aayman , I wasn't talking about their quality. I was talking about their importance if they get removed from the market. Corsair is pretty big business. From PSUs, cases, mouse, keyboards etc. If Logitevh goes it'll be sht I said. Only their gaming peripherals are competitive in BD (except their awful headsets). And all the other brands I listed. I have to admit I should've been clearer.
My probable next build: Qisan MagicForce 68 (Outemu switch) / Teamwolf Zhuque+ 87 TKL (Outemu) / Monoprice Select series full size (Outemu/Gateron) / Drevo Gramr 84 TKL (Outemu) Logitech G102 Prodigy Deepcool Dukase V3 / Thermaltake Versa U21 Superlux HD 681 Creative Sound Blaster E1 LG 22MP68VQ SteelSeries QcK Generic executive chair others TBA

djrock please don't bother me. You are in my ignore list so I don't have to see literal poop.

Have any of you ever wondered why there is a severe scarcity of smart, educated people in IT industries of BD? Why this is not a posh business here like the rest of the world? Because companies cannot make enough profit to hire high caliber people. Simple.
well I'm not asking you to take it simply because I like their products, but because they indeed have the best performance out of the bunch and provides the best QC. Realistically speaking, thermaltake gaming gears are not up to the mark, at least not their nice. The most important gaming peripheral.
