I own a 3td WD purple drive that has some issues.... I sent it for RMA and after 30 days they return the hard drive and all they bloody did was format it.. =_____=
I turn on crystal disk and still see "C5: current pending sector count : 200"
Don't WD have a proper RMA team over here? Isn't there any policy of "if they can't fix it they'll replace it" ?
