    Posting on behalf of a friend:

    He wants to build a gaming PC. Budget is 60k (max!). He needs a processor (with fan if not available by default), Mobo, GPU, PSU, RAM, HDD, case and dvd reader+writer combo within this price.

    No need to get a cooler for a non OC build, save that for an 8GB RX 480 build and a WD 1TB Blue instead.
