Webcam and headset

Hello guys. I am looking for a webcam and a headset which will be best for using during Skype. So far I have seen the Microsoft Lifecam 5000 HD, but I am unsure of its availability in Bangladesh. Any other suggestions would be great. My budget for both is around 5k.

Also, a follow up question, since my broadband connection (Mazeda) isn't very reliable, I was thinking of using a 4Mbps Qubee connection in order to Skype. Will that be good enough? I will need clear audio and video. Thanks in advance.

For Skype call Logitech H151 is a good choice. Such a clear voice for just 1.5K. Used once. For webcam Logitech C310(2.5K) almost matches with 9 series but suffers in low light.
