Opinions regarding Microlab Solo 7C
I need your valued opinion regarding the Microlab Solo 7C speaker set.
I want to buy them to connect to my HDTV/Blue ray player. Will it be a good choice for movies/music? please advise. My budget is around 20K. So other suggestions are more than welcome.
Thanks in advance!
(just mentioning a few, but please everybody chip-in!)

I honestly don't know much about home theaters, let alone these sound systems. I'll go with whatever others recommend, can't comment sorry.
With that said, Creative Gigaworks is a fine set of speakers or Logitech Z5500, but I don't know of the prices.
logitexg z5500 is priced at 38k before the dollar raise, so now u can imagine what its price is
thanks guys! logitech z5500 is just too expensive for me.
Could you please provide some feedback?
Rahat bhai you might want to check BG shop, there's a 2.1 speaker up for grabs that might be what you're looking for.
the microlab has a wooden finish, complimenting the looks of my wooden racks on which the tv is placed. The logitech is very good, but may not look good alongside the tv.

I don't have much idea about sound systems, but from my experience, this is quite good.
Not sure about the availability of good Blu Ray DvD players, Rahat bhai, but I'll ask someone who might know and get back to you.
that would be wonderful!

The build quality is good to and they use real MDF plywood too and should work years better then those plasticky satellites, do also note that these are very sensitive to the audio source, if your going to playback something crap the distortion and other unwanted signals will show up + I recommend that you get a good sound card or a DAC with these speakers, onboard sound card will not suffice.
Last but not least there are nothing better at this price range than this.
You need ample space for this, if set up ear level 45 degrees to the listener this will create an amazing soundspace (3 dimensional effect of audio, the feeling of hearing it live)
My dad owns millions worth of audio gear and some jaw dropping vaccum tubes to go with hornloaded fullrange speakers, Ive become accustomed to good sound so I guess you can take my word for it.
These speakers are truly amazing.
3 way design, ensures good midrange
No headphone out
Cables provided dont do justice to the speakers
Flimsy front grill (I have them removed)
Treble happy (can be toned down)
Size ( you need a good sized room for these beasts).
Give it sometime to burn in though, it wont give you soft bass in the first 12 hours.

Here is a review of their smaller bretheren. Microlab have a pure line of signatory series especially customed by peter larson, their consultant for audio, who is also well known for working with KEF, the drivers found in the solo 7c are his designs

The pure line has a better crossover, better built in amp and better enclosure but similar drivers !
If only the pure series was available here
A Superb in depth review by teh Zulk! But as Rahat bhai stated, he would like to use the set of speakers with a Blu Ray DvD player, do you reckon doing so?
Also at 20K you will find absolutely nothing better than this, even small bookshelves with 4" drivers cost 199 at the least and that without an amp, this is simply a steal for the money and if I am aware the microlabs are more expensive for our friends across the pond. Chinese, you gotta love them LOL. In fact I actually do like oriental women :$

Totally depends on the DACs of the blu ray player, if they are higher end stuff they should have better DACs, if not I recommend getting the Xfi premium HD usb sound card, asus have really made creative put out a good sound card, these have good DACs and other components too, also I think they have burr brown opamps, not exactly sure which make or model, but ill post that after a while.

But yeah the speakers should work brilliantly with blu ray nonetheless
Which Blu Ray DvD player you reckon, in Bangladesh's perspective?
LOL IDK . Bangladesh e oneck audiophiles, you'd be surprised to hear what stuff they -_-, jeez eto taka khoroch kore they dont even think about price/perf. well in the world of audio price/perf is a very negligible thing for most philes xD
Thank you so much for the all the info and feedback! @Hemlock bhai has recommended it! Shall be picking them in a couple of days!
My deepest regards for those who took their time to share their thoughts!
Now, could somebody recommend a good blue ray player?

LOL they are that good, a whole set up for amp and standalone speakers will cost you atleast a 1000+, this system is the only thing that gets close, sometimes even beats some of the giants, this is an underestimated product.
also remember that listening to good speakers will require a good placement and room, it is actually very important, also the ones you heard are probably not burnt in, you'll need to listen to em for a while for them to burn in to get the better of them.
Trust me these are the best speakers for the money, nothing beats it in that regard. PRICE/perf, ITS OVER 9000! LOOL

IF you have a habbit of losing the remote like I do, get the 7. I lost me remote ! DANG
