    They Cap the speeds when they see the user is using it often. I used to get 1MBPS Speeds but now they capped it to 250. Mines BTCL Routing.

    yes they do - but i if they have done so - i would not have share speed over ISPROS in Speedtest that massive. And right now i am DLing @ 2MBps.....but unable to upload at all.......actually the problem is UL i think.......the UL is somehow down!

    You need to select Private Torrent when you are making a torrent, any torrent which was uploaded without using the "Private Torrent" flag will probably show more seeders/leechers because it will get more seeders/leechers from DHT,Peer Exchange,etc. This will also happen even when you are not the uploader and the uploader forgot to tick on Private Torrent
    A. Degrading fellow human beings over the internet is the only way for social rejects to feel any sense of empowerment whatsoever

    B. If one party understands something that the other party doesn't, degrading that person leads to an enhanced self-perception of intelligence

    C. The internet is a clear depiction of our natural aggression towards each other as a species, that will undoubtedly wipe itself off the planet at some point in time.

    Recently shuntesi. Many Link3 users are getting speeds of around 250 KB/S or even less when downloading from TorrentBD. While some still gets more than 1-1.5 MB/S. Why is that?

    Not a torrentBD problem, from the looks of it. Thread seems more about Link-3 than TBD to me <_<;

    @Wintereise You mean to say this speed problem of TorrentBD is from Link3's end & not from TorrentBD?

    Yes, TorentBD is a tracker, it doesn't send you any file data, nor does it receive any file data.

    Any local speed issues are strictly the fault of your ISP and or the peering connections between BDIX and its member ISPs.

    Well,I think If you download too much. Then they cap your speed. So, I guess I'll have to be a bit conservative once I start downloading stuffs from TorrentBD. Maybe that way I might be lucky enough to not get my speed capped. :-p @Wintereise

    If you have any problem regarding speed then it is advised please talk to your ISP. As Wintereise said torrentbd itself neither monitor or control anyone's speed nor its capable.
