Get a international credit card or find someone who has one. Even paypal wouldn't work.

If western union doesnt work there are still plenty of other options. You can create a virtual prepaid card online using paypal balance which is going to be the cheapest option. You can even get a prepaid card from a bank in bd. Getting a credit card is too big of a hassle for a single purchase.
