    Default help me deciding to upgrade my old pc

    I want to upgrade my pc's motherboard, processor, ram and GPU.After searching several days in Internet, I have made this following specification, check this and give your suggestion.

    One purpose is as much as gaming I can in my limited budget.Another thing I want to ensure, I usually love to watch 1080p full hd movie, so I need smooth playing and want to ensure, while moving from one scene to another scene without any lagging or waiting to move to that new scene. Can following graphics card support this? or do I need to change cpu? which one affect it? Sorry for my poor english. Thanks in advance

    1) Intel Core i3 6100 3.70 GHz 6th Gen. Processor (TK 9,400)

    https://www.ryanscomputers.com/Intel-Core-i-7938

    2) Asus-B150M-PRO-GAMING-Motherboard ((TK 8,500))

    https://globalbrand.com.bd/motherboa...r=ASC&limit=25

    3) MSI GTX 1050Ti Gaming X, 4GB GDDR5 (Tk. 16,400)

    http://ucc-bd.com/msi-gtx-1050ti-gam...z-oc-mode.html

    4) one G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB DDR4 2400 BUS ram (TK 8,200)

    https://www.ryanscomputers.com/G.Skill-Ripj-8819

    Total=9400+8500+16400+8200=42500 my total budget. Is there any better config that I am missing?

    Your cpu+graphics card is more than capable of doing that. It's a more capable budget gaming machine than a movie watching machine. If you want smoother experience, get a better monitor/tv. However, I have some suggestion...

    CPU: Core i5 6500 -> 16,500/=
    Motherboard: AsRock B150M-HDV DDR4/MSI B150M Pro-VD DDR4 -> 6,500/=
    GPU: Zotac GTX 1050Ti 4GB Mini -> 14,300/=
    RAM: 2 x Kingston HyperX Fury/Team Elite Plus 8GB DDR4 (total 16GB) -> 7,200/=
    (if you don't have a good PSU) PSU: Antec VP500P -> 3,500/=

    Total (with PSU): 48,000/=
    Total (w/o PSU): 44,500/=
    Any of the meme/quote I post here on this forum is a "দেশ ও দশের সম্পত্তি"... Download it, Edit it, Share it, Put Your Name on it...I will not mind as long as it is Legal and does not convey any Illegal Message...

    What I will suggest is that get 8 GB of that ram instead of 16 . 8 GB would suffice for now and you can add later if needed . Get a better gpu although 1050ti is enough for 1080p for now . Instead you can get this one if it's still available or a Rx 470 brand new or get an i5 adding some more with that 4k from ram budget . i would suggest get an i5 as that will be more future proof than a better gpu because you can swap out that gpu for a better one later .

    i think you should avoid buying a processor right now as amd is about to release their zen series very soon and if everything is true what they claiming about the better performance and other things , then it will be wise to go for the latest gen

    Intel Core i5 6402p 2.80GHz 15K
    H110M DDR4 6K
    G.SKILL 8GBx2 NT DDR4 2400MHz 7.5K
    Zotac Mini/MSI OC GTX 1050Ti 4GB 14.5K
    Total=43K

    * Get an i5. You will regret later if you get i3 now. Always i5 for longer run.
    * Those fancy dual fans are Overkill for 1050/1050Ti series GPU.
    * AMD's mainstream Zen CPU will release in March-April. So waiting for that long time is -_-
