AMP&DAC Question

So total audio noob here, finally decided to get a decent set of headphones used "gaming" headsets before from Razer and then later Astro, then listened to a friend's Beyerdynamic DT 990's and absolutely love it, so getting that one

Now i have no idea on what amp/dac to get with it and i don't want to spend 200$+ on those dual stack ones, is the "Schiit Fulla" or "Fiio E10K" which is amp&dac combo going to run the 250ohms version of the DT 990 fine? or do i have to spend more on getting just the amp alone, and also which one's more important to get, the amp or the dac?

if you have a decent sound card, you dont need DAC.

in general good DAC is a must for any good HP. AMP is subjective. For DT990 you will need AMP. So you need both DAC & AMP for 990 if you dont have any decent sound card.

if your sound card is Xonar STX, then you dont need any AMP or DAC.

I know someone who is selling OBJECTIVE2+ODAC at only 15k.

currently my setup is Titanium HD + O2 AMP + DT 990

i also had my 990 for sell. decided not to sell it for the time being.
