    Default Medical certificate for re-admission

My little bro took 1 year gap from shere bangla govt. agriculture university. He tried for medical 2nd time during that time but could not do it.

Now, he wants to continue his study in there. But the office there told him to give an application with a medical certificate about how he was ill for 2-3 months and could not attend versity duo to that. But a relative of mine who is a doctor said its easy to give a medical certificate for a week or two but its not easy to give a certificate for 2/3 months and he said he cant do it.

So, is it really tough to get a medical certificate for 2/3 months? What to do now ...any suggestions?
    You see a world.I see a graveyard.

[The following process is not my suggestion to anyone. If someone takes it as a suggestion, I am not liable for anything. Also, I am totally ignoring the ethical part here, so don't judge me.]

As far as I know, issuing 2/3 months medical certificate is actually a bit tough as it generally runs parallel with some bad disease/accident, lots of reports and medical admission papers etc. Also, I am not even considering the fact that it might cost you some mulah to arrange a hefty folder containing those papers just to prove the point.

On other hand, if I was to take leave for a longer period of time, I would have taken the "please be kind to the poor man" route. Something bad happened (Earning member getting fired or something and not getting jobs etc.) so he had to do full time jobs to support family. Writing a very sympathetic application will be a nice touch. Lastly, get a job certificate with a believable designation as a cherry on the top.
