Default Looking for an affordable config. that will suffice for freelance works

Hello,Guys and gals.I am a fresher at Khulna University's Business Administration discipline. So,I'll need to do powerpoint related works and also I wanna delve deep into computer science. So,if you could suggest me an affordable rig under 60k that could serve my purpose,it'll be a huge help.Point to be noted,I have nearly zero knowledge about PC configurations.Oh,and also should I buy a laptop or PC ?Which will be more preferable for a business student who also want to learn nd implement CS?Thanks in Advance.

If you intend to move from hall to home frequently, I will highly suggest laptop. With 60K, one could get pretty good laptop now a days.

Yep, laptops are a wiser choice for this sort of work.

I am from bba discipline as well and I will also suggest you to buy laptop over desktop as you will need lots of portability to workout on presentations and term papers which would be easy on laptop instead working on the desktop, as you have also shown some interest on cs subjects I think any laptop with i5 and 4gb rams would be more than enough to work for you but as per suggestion I would like to suggest you this

Inspired by Masnun vai I guess? I am from KU CSE discipline. Actually was, done with 4th year. Only thesis remains.
Anyways, if you haven't done already, do get as much ram as you can. And yes it is better to get a laptop. Even better if you have an external display + wireless mouse and keyboard.
