Because the intro is about the only actual 'text' on it, the rest are images, which you may or may not have created yourself, I don't really know, nor do I have any means of finding out.

No, news is okay because it's news. But that article is a piece of creative work as far as I can see it and taking it /can/ land us in trouble. I'm not saying it will, but we'd like to be better safe than sorry.
