Default Xbox one; price+Load sheeding issue+split screen

Yes i have too many questions; some may already discussed(or solved). But i need some information and thank you in advanced.
    1. What is the current market price for Xbox one(Bosundora city or Riffles square is best?)
    2. Without IPS or UPS how risky it is to use
    3. I have desire to play NFS/Forza/COD in split screen screen. Is that possible with single key or do i have to but 2 keys.

    So, please help me out.

    1. Most of the time prices are 24-25k, they will tell you it's high cause they bought another adapter for BD but that term is just idiotic. Bargain or go somewhere they don't use that silly excuse cause I've known people who bought the console didn't need to buy another adapter for this region.
    2. Yes it is risky, we have load shedding or low voltage issues at times. Electric outages can mess up your save games badly, buy a 600VA UPS with a Voltage stabilizer and you're good.
    3. If they have split-screen option, you can use 1 copy to play the game. It's simple, has been for like over 30 years in gaming. Unlike Halo 5, am still salty about that.

Wait, you need a voltage stabilizer even if you have ups?

i think he was talking aabout integrated stabilizer...
all ups/ips made in last 10 years have integrated stabilizers.

to op: if you can run pc without problem then no need to buy ups... a friend of mine got his new ps4 busted, but he used ups for his pc so pc survived the surges... remember those surges for last 2 years during thunder strike? those are dangerous man, both biological and electrical stuff.

more importantly... wait for xboxZero to come, next year, or at least ps4 pro this november. prices in BD are unknown... but shouldnt be more than 35 to 40k

Can we not bring up PS4 Pro? It's useless, even with its high-end 1080p experience, Titanfall 2 devs even confirmed they can't bring 4K for the Pro entirely

Xbox is now much cheaper, clearly thats why he wants to buy it. Xbox Zero as you say, needs a 4K TV to work. Plus it's going to be more expensive as well

I use my XBONE and 32" TV with a 600VA ups. i recommend to use an ups. it will give your power brick a smooth supply of stable electricity. And thunder strike busts device through Ethernet cable. Once my PC mobo, Xbox 360 got busted because of thunder strike. my ups was off but still they died cause my LAN cables were connected.
