Best if you find an used x79 motherboard within 12k, then buy an e5 2670 from eBay or aliexpress, for just 6k.and be done with it. Hardest part is finding a damn x79 board.
I am now using one by the way.

it is. 4 ram slot, crossfire support, dual mosfet heatsink, led lighting, metal shielded pcie 3.0 slot makes every penny worth of it.

where's @kaziishan and his memes when you need one.

CPU - i7 6700 @ 25k or i7 6700k @ 28k. First one has 3.4 Ghz base clock but turbo upto 4.0, second one is 4.0 Ghz base clock but unlocked and turbo is upto 4.2 Ghz. Needless to say, at stock speed latter one is better.

Motherboard - A B150 one maybe. Oitar jonno 6-8k. Needless to say k processor ta nile sobai Z170 nite bolbe. Tahole 12-15k. But it's your call concerning the budget and need. Can't suggest any particular one cause dunno price and features you might need. Check here: https://www.ryanscomputers.com/Mainboard/All-Brands

RAM - At least 16 gb nao. So 6-8k.

PSU - Depending on wattage: 550w ~ 8-9k, 650w ~ 10-11k. Cooler Master G/V series or Seasonic S12II/M12II series or Tt Toughpower Gold.

    Bakigula budget and need onujayi.
