Default Budget pc suggestion below 20k

Expert suggestion needed. I need cpu+mobo+ram. Have psu and rx460-4gb. Please suggest the best combo in this budget. Currently using old core2quad Q8400 and ddr2 4gb ram. I think I am in a bottleneck by cpu and ram, which causing 15/20 fps shortage. However I have finished witcher3 in this old build (avg 31fps). But fifa 17 was unplayable due to FPS fluctuation (Avg: 53, min: 30). I want to fully utilize this RX gpu. My personal search leaded to i3 6100, asus H110-k, ram any brand 1x8gb.

    Kindly suggest. Thank you

You might be able to get a 4th gen i5+mobo+ram with decent warranty for that price.

Would be better than getting a skylake i3.

But then again you will loose the option to upgrade to skylake i5/i7 in the future.

    It's up to you
