    Question Will I Repair My Bad GPU or Buy a New One?

    Recently My Sapphire R9 270X 2GB DDR5 has been damaged.
    The Screens been Shattered and when I tried to install the GPU Driver, the System freezes..

    My Warranty has been gone in August 04,2016.

    So, I need Experts Opinion About That.
    Should I Repair this?
    If I Repaired that, What chance it has to survive?

    Your help, Opinions are Most Welcome.
    Because only this gaming community understand how much value a gpu can carry in a gamers life.

    Don't know actually how it happened....

    I was playing Witcher 3, suddently the screen became black and pc hanged.
    then i restarted and same problem occurred.

    i tried to install gpu driver again but it kept freezing after gpu driver install.

    You could try to take it to a friend's pc and see if the driver installation still fails. That, or write this off as a loss and save up for a new gpu.

    Curious. What version of drivers were you using when it happened? You wouldn't happen to be on one of the earliest releases of Crimson Drivers, would you?

    Computer source have really good repair shop where they have different originals parts for various graphics card ,they might help with repair even with outside shop product

    Don't even bother, it will take a lot of dough to fix it and then it still has zero warranty so it can get damaged again.
