So as an XOBX Play Anywhere title, Forza Horizon 3 is coming to XBOX One and Windows 10 on September 27. It has already received good reviews from major game critics. So anyone interested on playing it? I have already pre ordered the game. and hoping for the best!

This is a UWP game, right? Does it have Exclusive fullscreen mode?
UWP games also stutter like hell even at constant 60 FPS and I don't know if I should buy this game? Looks good but there's no reason to buy a Microstutter game that also cant do Fullscreen.
