Default Need help to buy a durable and light laptop (Non-gamaing)

Being an old member of BG, I am posting here after 3-4 years. Now-a-days I don't have time for gaming. However, I am in need of buying a laptop for my freelance online administrative assistance work. My current one (HP Pavilion Sleekbook 14-b065TX ) is having issues with its LCD panel.
My budget is 50k. I am not looking for gaming lappies, as no game will be played ever. My Requirements are:

    - It has to be durable and light so that I can carry easily and it will be long lasting. I have a target to use it flawlessly min. 3 years.

    - Min RAM should be 12 GB, as I do a lot of multitasking (Opening 30-40 tabs on Mozilla and Chrome simultaneously; Use Skype, hangouts ,Viber; Playing Raw 1080p videos, Work on MS Office 2010 etc.)

    - Battery backup must be 4 hours minimum.

    - I want to get one with 14" display, not the bulky 15 inchiers.

    - I don't have any problem with brands as long as it is from the following ones: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Fujitsu, Sony (know the last one is pricey).

    - I want such a laptop which is able to handle the above things effortlessly in windows 10 environment.

    Thanks in advance.

12 GB seems to be a bit outrageous as min ram...however, I am no expert in laptop...here's my suggestion...

    https://www.ryanscomputers.com/Asus-P2430UA-8681

Claims to have 3 years warranty, 2.1KG and comes with 8 GB ram. You just need to add another 8GB to be upto your specification.

I won't mind having total 16 GB in two slots as 8 GB stick in each one. That's fine.

    https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Aspire-NVIDIA-Windows-E5-575G-53VG/dp/B01DT4A2R4/

    Or, https://www.ryanscomputers.com/Asus-X556UQ-90

the acer one is better imo.
main points, 256GB SSD and 12h battery life vs 4 hour.

    backpack usually charges 102 taka/$
so the acer from amazon will cost around 56k

I have my doubts you may never find any laptop with more than 8gb ram in this budget -_- and your asking requirements are too much than your price limit, i think this may serve half of your needs and you can add rams and ssds later on if you need them in future
