Default So, how many of you are waiting to buy Sapphire's nitro+ rx480?

I'm curious about how many people would buy sapphire's rx480 once it's available here. Also those who want to buy a 1060 or other cards, feel free to comment.

Update: If anyone is planning to buy other variants of rx480, feel free to comment.

That's kind of the reason I created this poll. I fell in love with twinfrozr vi (and hated armor), but seems like ucc won't import msi amd cards. Is there any other importer you know of that might sell them?

I also agree nitro is ugly, but at least it has two redeeming points: it's backplate and rgb lighting.
But I'm not sure about the bad temps part. Someone at r/amd is making a comparison table between aftermarket rx480s and 470s: https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comment..._and_480s_not/

nitro's gaming temps (74-75) remains pretty close to gaming x's temps (73) unless it's running furmark (79), so it's not that bad. The only reviewer that has high temps for nitro is computerbase and their review temps for other cards are also high, so I'd chalk that up to the review environment.

H1 2017, meaning it could come out anytime between January and June. I wouldn't hold my breath.

    I think it's asus (3x85mm fans vs 3x75mm).

Also asus has more heatpipes, if that contributes to something.

If I can import the card, I will have it brought from abroad by someone instead of paying this ridiculous price!

I'm still waiting for Nvidia to:

    -Allow Custom Resolutions in DSR.
-Add "Refresh rate limit" option so that I can play stutter free 60fps games instead of tear or stuttery mess in 75hz. Some games jump to 75hz even if desktop is set to 60hz, especially happens when Dsr is enabled.
-Fix the "Ever impossible to remove uninstalled games from Application profile" in Nvidia control panel. Now I got about 35 uninstalled games and I canr remove them.
    -3d vision updates.
-Fix Gsync crash on Fifa 16 on Windows 10.
-Fix for Far Cry 4 crash with gameworks settings.

    And,

-Allow recording at custom framerate with shadowplay.
-Fix stutters when recording 74fps games at 60fps (The videos stutter even when seen on 60hz, but setting the game to 60hz reduces the stutter a lot).

So there are issues, a lot of issues in Nvidia drivers aswell. Its not mich different from Amd which is crap too.

Amd doesn't have this fixed either.

So don't buy Gpus based only on drivers. Its never hassle free.

I never got any crash with whatever it was with intel core 2 Quad. Oh wait, it couldn't run games. House of dead 3 gave constant random restarts. Xmen origins wolv- gave BSOD. NFS Prostreet didn't run. Etc etc

    Intel Inside.
