Default Unable to uninstall any antivirus

So here is the thing. Last week my psu got fried. As such i went to the shop and replaced it. After i came home found one of my RAM stick interrupting my windows load. Soon i realized that the said ram was faulty. The next day I bought another ram although of higher bus and installed it at home all by myself. Result being BSOD after windows logo screen. So had to take my pc to the shop again. Somehow the windows files got corrupted and a clean setup was performed with a different ram being installed. Checked the pc in the shop and everything was fine there. So came home and slowly started installing various required applications only to find that I cannot install any antivirus software. The problem is that whenever I try to launch the setup files (by double clicking or left click run as admin) the file does not open but in the task manager processes it is open. I have attached a screenshot for Avast. But the same thing has happened for AVG too.

Need some help to solve this. Thanks
