    Default how to increase space between file and folder in drive in windows 10?

    how can i increase space between the file and folder inside the drive (not in desktop) horizontally and vertically in windows 10? the tight spacing between them is so annoying

    Control Panel -> Appearance and Customization -> Display

    Select a larger option there and restart.

    i dont understand the question? do u mean you need to GROUP BY 'TYPE' in windows explorer?

    as we can control the space between two line in office word document, that way i want to increase the space between two folder when they are shown as list or details. do you understand now?

    thats increasing icon size. i want to incease space between files/folders within the explorer when arranged in list /details view. see the attachment, i think thats not possible with the in-built win10 explorer
