    Default To the Moon

Its been some time since a story in a game has moved me so much. It shows you do not need multimillion dollar budget, cutting edge graphics, a star studded cast to tell a great story. The story, though somewhat inspired by movies like Inception and The Butterfly Effect, is exceptionally well presented given the limited technology the developers had to work with. Its memorable, fun and sad at the same time with a wonderful ending. The writing is top notch. The soundtrack is one of the best I have heard in any game. The game play however, is repetitive but what really keeps you going in this game is the story. If you are not put off by the 16-bit graphics, lack of voice overs and the short length (3-4 hrs) please gave this game a try. Thanks a lot to GameSpot, without them I probably would have never heard of this gem. The ending hinted at a sequel and this is only the first episode. Lets hope the other episodes are this good. My best wishes to Kan R. Gao and Laura Shigihara and the other members of Freebird Games.

Any download of this game which you might recommend? I have been looking for a long time for a good download. I think Amaranthia developed this game. I have been following them since the days of Ahriman's Prophecy all the way through the Aveyond series and am really hoping it's like that.

Freebird games is developing a sequel. To The Moon is only the first episode after all. Some of their earlier games are available in their website as well.

    Thumbs down

My hobby is to play online games when ever feeling free. I was very interested in these games. I am in search for these types of games to download to my mobile. Is there any price charged for downloading them and also about the best way to download to my Samsung Galaxy mobile. I would like to thank the members for promoting the post.
