Because it is irreparable. When its gone, your entire laptop is gone. It overheats, it makes your laptop overheated. It adds weight. It draws more power. It causes driver issues. It eats up battery. What else do you need?

    - - - Updated - - -

Most importantly, the resell value of dedicated gpu laptops are lower than the integrated ones.

i dont know about that one... coz i saw people successfully selling gaming lappys.... but other points are true... i saw many lap gpus getting busted due to heavy gaming...

    - - - Updated - - -

but in many cases i think i saw repair shop reparing lappy gpus.... they just 'skip' the gpu and let the intel built in handle graphics....

Gaming lappys and laptops with r5 230 or 920m aint the same thing. A laptop with 960m or 980m will always have a good resell value. True gaming laptop and laptop with dedicated gpu aint the same either.

Currently im using Asus E202SA white. A truly sleek and wonderful performer with N3700 Braswell and 128GB ssd. 8.8 hours backup, 11.6", 4gb 1600mhz ram, type c port, hdmi port, lightweight and 2 years warranty. Over satisfied with it.

The Asus E202SA, how much does it cost? Is it the same one that you put up for sale few weeks ago?
