I have recently registered and received a Payoneer card, but unfortunately I dont know how and from where I can recharge USD in my card. Is there anyone who can help me regarding this? In details?

Only 2 ways. 1. Payment from freelancing sites like upwork, elance etc etc. 2. Transfer from other international credit cards. Probably paypal too, but that is a lot of hassle, requires something called USA Payment Service Bank Account.

can transfer from another payoneer account as well.
But I don't think you can transfer from paypal without using any third party service.
