Default Help: I would like to buy Zotac GTX950 but I have some confusions

Hello everyone!! I have decided to buy Zotac GTX950 card but I have just recently found out that my micro-atx motherboard's (ASUS B150K) PCIe 3.0 port is way too close to the RAM slot which I didn't notice when I bought this. I have 2 G.SKILL Ripjaws V RAM installed on the board and I'm afraid the RAM heat spreader might block the card I want to install. Do you have any idea whether I will be able to install Zotac GTX950 on this motherboard without any problem?

This 950 does not have backplate, so, it should not cause any problem.

@kaziishan: Thank you for the answer, I have Tt 500W Bronze PSU so will it be sufficient enough for this card?

@furiousTaher: Sorry for being late. I have already bought this board but I should have inspected it's features more carefully before I bought it. I mean my old rig has an Intel DG35EC which is also a micro-atx form factor board (and in this board the PCIe port is not that close to the memory slots as the one I'm using right now) but my current board Asus B150M-K is even smaller than the Intel one although both are micro-atx boards. Do you think the ram slots being that close to the PCIe 3.0 port might cause any problem installing the card I want to buy?

I understand the next generation GPU will be here soon but my budget is low and I don't need a high end card for now. Besides nVidia probably won't release mid or economy range cards before next year so I guess I should just be happy with a GTX950. I hope GTX950 should be enough for playing FIFA, Total War and GTA V at mid settings.
