Escape from Tarkov
Escape from Tarkov is an open world MMO survival game, set to be released in late 2016(closed beta). It is being developed by Battlestate games, some of the developer of Stalker franchise. It will come to pc,ps4 and xbox1 and will also have VR support. Developer stated that "PC version won't be compromised because of consoles".

Been following the game for a while now. Looks like they'll mostly self-publish it. And I've got this nagging feeling that it might be free-to-play at least in the RUS/CIS region.

It's AK 47 though. But I'm specially liking the night gameplay. I hope the engine's optimized. The world doesn't need another resource hog like Arma.

Most likely like EA's Battlefield's premium membership. You can wait for standard DLC release or with premium account you can start playing a week early.
oh.... i was confused... coz steam means something else by their 'early access' term
