Default How to change Google Global Cache Server?

I'm currently having a problem with the google cache im assigned to.

The cache provider is Level3 Carrier and when I connect to google.com using Google DNS, it connects to one of these IP's,

    103.15.42.96
    103.15.42.88
    103.15.42.95
    103.15.42.117
    103.15.42.103
    103.15.42.82
    103.15.42.110
    103.15.42.123
    103.15.42.89
    103.15.42.109
    103.15.42.102
    103.15.42.116

I get around 10 ms ping. However google sites hang and its really difficult to work. To get a smooth experience I had to switch my DNS to Level3 Communications, (209.244.0.3 and 209.244.0.4) then I could use google properly. and it connects to IP 216.58.214.206. It has a higher ping of like 300ms but it at least works.

Is there any way to change cache server while still using Google DNS?

    Thanks for your help.

Have you tried using other DNSes? Like OpenDNS or DNSAdvantage? I get 70-80ms ping to both of them, similar to my ping to the Google Public DNS. You can try them out and see if anything changes.

    Code:
    OpenDNS

    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220

    DNS Advantage

    156.154.70.1
    156.154.71.1

First try DNSBenchmark to test out the best DNS for your connection. It's a free download from some line of google site.

You can do that by editing the windows hosts file. But you have to know the exact domain names and the IPs that you want to resolve them to. Here's a tutorial.
