    I'd suggest you don't buy this though. You'll be able to find better builds if you opt for second hand.

    Getting a discrete GPU will be a stretch for you with this busget even with second hand.

    See if you can get anything from AMD AM1 line up, don't think on this budget you can get anything better than this unless you opt for 2nd hand stuffs.

    if you buy everything 2nd hand u can get... wait a second for 15k even old phenom 2 x2/x4 or c2q pc will be hard to get within 15k (with gpu)... but possible...
