Default GTX 970 - How to choose it's budget PSU which will work fine and ensure safety ?

Guys I need your help about PSU. Actually need help about two things:
    (1)What budget psu to buy?
(2)How to check if the psu has the must-have features or not?

    (1)
Gonna buy a ZOTAC GeForce GTX 970 AMP! Extreme Core Edition. It's price is 34K in UCC. I need to buy a budget psu that'll work fine. My GPU+CPU budget is 39K. Suggest me best PSU to buy in this budget.

    (2)
Now an official article from msi forum says that 970's minimum power requirements: 28A and a 500W PSU minimum. Here's the link: https://forum-en.msi.com/faq/article...graphics-cards
    Now here are my questions:
    1. What does it mean by "28A" ?
    2. How/where to check if the psu is in fact "28A" or not?
    3. Is a quality 500/550W psu enough for this GPU?
    4. Any other PSU features to check before buying?

    Thanks in advance.

Stick to Good brand such as Cooler master/seasonic/corsair

avoid Thermaltake and Gigabyte unless you have a very tight budget.

28A gpu requirement is complicated afaik... afaik it kinda means like 18A in +12v rail so 20x12=xxx watt then 10A in other rails like +5v blah blah blah i dont understand those... what you need to know the gpu takes 170-230w in full load so you need good 450w psu... but alas we dont have too many good 450w or 500w psu in BD... one is tt tr2 450w or 500w... another is seasonic 500w which will be more costly...

Some of the corsair PSU's are equally shitty or more shitty than tity stuffs. For example the freaking LP/Smart is better than Corsair VS/CX/CS/TX.

try to put in some thought and make short post that makes sense and useful to the readers. Speculating on something you are not fully aware of is far more damaging than not saying anything at all. I will start editing your posts that contains incomplete/incorrect information.

I really don't need to care who becomes what.

Newer Bronze TR2 seems to be from CWT and the Gold TR2 seems to be from High Power aka Sirtec.

According to my source's information, Corsair VS should be your last choice. I have marked the tier 4s which could be available in BD. It is better to avoid these models. (The models without tiers in my chart don't mean they are bad, it means that they have not been added to the source's list yet).

Not saying Vanguard is wrong but what I have found is the Smart 530W & 550W have huge issues but the 630W one is pretty good, I know about 10-12 people who are using this one and they are running for about 2-4 years without any issue what so ever. Even my brother uses one and he plays games every day for hours so it has served pretty well I must say.
