Well, in my last point I told that Yum! Brands posted about KFC Bangladesh which shows that they do recognize Transcom as the official Franchise Partener of KFC in BD. You can look it up on their FB page if your want. Yum! Brands owns KFC, so them saying that Transcom Foods own franchises of KFC should tell you that the KFC in BD is a genuine franchise of the original KFC. The post was made by Yum! Brands which is situated in USA, so the "bhejal" of BD doesn't apply (I think). Let's forget about the letter posted by BD KFC, or the users who posted pics of their email to KFC, the last point was directly from the real KFC owners.
Also about the degrade part, I said that because they were fined last year, and many (on the internet and also my friends say) don't like it anymore. I haven't been to KFC that much recently to judge how good were they but as far as I remember I wan't disappointed or anything, they were fine. But I do get annoyed that we don't have many menu items which many KFC's around the world do serve.
Also, from my research I as far as I understand, Bangladeshi KFC is actually a franchise of Indian Yum! Brands, which is a subsidiary of US (or Global) Yum! Brands Inc. In the
post (also on FB, but link is Twitter) Yum! Brands recognizes KFC India, but if you follow the link you can read the article and see the details that it's actually KFC Bangladesh. The article says :
So yeah we actually have a franchise of Indian KFC, which is a subsidiary of the original KFC. I don't care if you believe or not, but from what I know (with some proof) KFC in BD is a genuine Franchise.
P.S. Sorry for long post if you are bothered by it.
