Asus maximus VIII Hero's the best motherboard in that price range for you. however you could try contacting @VANGUARD maybe he'll give a discount on MSI's more expensive mainboard like Z170 gaming M9 or Titanium edition.
btw if you're not going to seriously overclock + actually need all these features you really won't need a high end Z board.
I don't need overclocking or extra features..So can you suggest me any z170 series gaming motherboard in lowest price???
I'll buy intel i7 z170k
Huh? i7 z170k??? I assume you mean i7 6700K. I think you need some serious suggestion before you buy your PC. Please, take no offense. You could mention your budget and intended use (like using PC for gaming or video editing etc.) for your PC. Here are some great people on the forum who will help you make the best possible choice for the best possible price.

Here's Some motherboard,
1. MSI Z170A Krait (link)
2. MSI Z170A Gaming M3 (link)
3. Asrock Z170 Extreme4 (link)
4. Gigabyte GA-Z170-XP-SLI (link)
5. Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3 (link)
6. Asus Z170 Pro Gaming (link)
7. Asus Z170-K (link)
These are all sub 20K.
Now, here's my advice.
If you are intending to buy PC for gaming and every other things(except running multiple instances of scripts or real life physics simulation or some scientific thingy), these suggestions are for you.
CPU: Core i5 6500
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2400 (Trust me 3400 Ram is a kind of waste of money if you are not intending to set world records and moreover there could be stability issues)
Motherboard: MSI Z170A Krait/Gaming M3
PSU: You have not mentioned, it's very important
GPU: r9 390/GTX 970 (info: Zotac is giving 5 years warranty)
If you want to buy MSI/Sapphire/Thermaltake/Zotac products contact Vanguard, trust me you will get higher warranties with lower price.
Thk u very very very much..
It'll help me a lot..I'll buy according to ur suggestion..
Can u suggest me a good PSU,Monitor and Speaker?
Which is the best- r9 390 or GTX 970???

Thank you for the compliments. But, there are many many other veterans on the forum who will have far better advice than me. Wait for sometimes.
PSU will depend on which Graphics Card you are going to buy actually. As for monitor goes, Asus VX229H is a solid 21.5 incher. And, it would be much better if you could post your estimated budget. I assume you are going to buy a full setup including monitor and speaker. So, if you could send your budget, I and the others could really give you an idea.
My budget is around 65K-80K..
If your suggestion can reduce it it'll be much better for me..
Give me a complete suggestion about-Monitor,GPU,PSU,CPU,MOBO,SPEAKER
Note-Want to build a very good gaming pc.
That clears up a lot of things... you really don't need an expensive motherboard at ALL for your purposes. so for your suggestions. or well atleast some of them.
GPU - get Zotac's 970 IF it comes with 5yr warranty. if not, you have 3 other options, gigabyte, asus and msi. asus is quietest, msi has best cooling, gigabyte's one has highest performance but also very loud. or get a 390 (get sapphire's one without a doubt best) or 390X. (again from sapphire or MSI). you could also try asus's one only if you get a good price on it but just stay away from the gigabyte variant since it's voltage locked and has a 2X cooler and other variants have proven better records.
CPU - get i5 6500 or 6600. you can even overclock on them later on if you want given you get a Z series motherboard. and these cpu's are perfect for gaming.
motherboard - Asus Z170- A if that's available undoubtedly one of the best all around boards but if you want to OC that cpu later on, better get the ASRock Z170 Extreme 4. it's best all around in that price range. if don't plan on doing it at all and also no plans on future SLI/CF.. then just get any H170 or even B150/H1110 board.
PSU - Seasonic SI2 or MI2 620w bronze. OR cooler master V 550w gold. both are at around 7k price here. any will do both are good quality and better than anything else in the price range.
as for monitor, that's just personal preference on what design you like most, so just choose whatever one you like same with casing. although just make sure your monitor has a good refresh rate and IPS display and obviously is FHD.
For speaker.. i really have no idea but some audiophiles here might be able to help. anyways these are the main parts you could get will make for a nice 1080p gaming rig with everything maxed out. before buying anything if you have the time do your own research on the products you are buying and see reviews and comparisons etc for yourself don't just get what someone tells you to. esp not what the guy at the store you're going to be buying is trying to push-sell you lol.
And If i increase my budget around 80-120K will u suggest me any good one??
Because I want a pc that has a good gaming performence.
So mobo is not a big matter for building a good gaming pc?
