You are just converting the US retail price, but that's not how the business works. There are a lot of things to consider.
First off, UCC orders the Graphics cards from the manufacturer (MSI in this case) as they are the official/authorized sellers in BD. Here you convert the US price, although UC will get a much lower price per unit since they are the authorized distributor (they are ordering in large quantities directly from the manufacturer). Then the cards are shipped to BD, so there are the shipping costs. And when it reaches Bangladesh, UCC has to pay customs tax (or import duty), that also adds up to the price. Also according to VANGUARD (UCC Asst. Manager) they also have to pay 4% VAT with the each sale.
And finally there is UCC's own profit added up, so they can profit and also maintain their business (like paying their staff, etc..). Besides UCC is known to have higher prices than other BD importers anyway (there was a thread on this recently).
So that's the basically why the prices are so high in a (huge) nutshell. This applies to almost any business in BD which imports stuff from a foreign manufacturer.
You can contact @
VANGUARD , he might give you a small discount from UCC . He also knows why price of computer parts are so high in BD. Also if you want the 980 Ti for a lower price then contact @
minitt who imports stuff from Amazon (and other places), you can't expect a price like 50k but you can save a little money, do note that you won't get any warranty like you would with UCC. @
Ehsas might also help.
If you want the lowest price then the only option is if someone you know lives in the US, and is coming to BD, they can get it for you in their luggage so there is no shipping cost or tax. But even in this case you won't get warranty.
