Problem with metal gear solid v

I've downloaded metal gear solid v from oceanofgames.com.I've pasted crack and update.changed the time zone to "UTC+08:00".installed steam,kept it online then launched the game in compatibility mode for windows 7.but it says that steam is offline.what should I do now?
my config is i3 4160,GTX 960 4 GB,8 GB RAM,windows 8.1

Just run as administrator or something then. If doesn't work can't help you further.

Copy the mgs v folder to the root directory e.g. C:\Metal Gear Solid V. This worked for me.
