Who are you talking to? :S

And for this rig, you shouldn't keep the Sound Card option "Optional" It should be a must.

You do know that buying a motherboard for 25K is a good waste when you already have perfectly capable Z68 board ? The GPUs you mentioned are also nullified with the new release of 79xx & 78x ? With that kind of money, I suggest you save it, or use it wisely. Here's a suggestion I would give:
    • Get a 128GB SSD, get it from overseas even if it costs 12K+
    • Get a Xonar DG, it's a very cheap sound card which also features a nifty headphone amp perfectly capable of driving heavy duty headphones, & not headsets (!). Should cost like 3-4K, depending on where you'll get it from
    • For the PSU, buy it from BD. Either XFX/Thermaltake Toughpower XT series should do fine with a single GPU setup. Look for the 650+ versions of the mentioned units. Price should be around 9-12K.
    • Buying a H100/920 is a rip off for 10K, get a good air cooler for around 4-5K. If you don't have plans to overclock that 2500K, then it's not worth it at all.
    • For headphones, you can get a Shure 840/750DJ, open your eyes from these gimmick 7.1 (surround) headsets, if you want to spend(10-15K) on headphones, look for Sennheisser/Shure/Beyer/AudioTechnica/AKG, & not from RAZER/SteelSeries/Roccat or other gaming companies.
    • If you are not into professional(competitive) gaming, then buying a mouse pad or say a high end mouse is worthless. But they are very nice, you can look for QcK+ Limited Edition ones like the Fnatic/SK Gaming/Tyloo/MLG, or Razor Goliathus editions.
Last but not least, wait for a while so that you can buy a HD7970 or the next gen nvidia GPUs, no point in spending such a fortune on these GPUs. But if you still insist on spending your money, I would say get 2x HD6950s & an Eyefinity setup, that would be an actual upgrade.

Since your budget does not include some expensive components of a PC, I think its safe to safe that you should get a soundcard as well. Kuhler 920 ki BD te pawa jai akhon?

And since you might be getting a 3Dtv then I think it's best if you stick with nvidia, their support for 3D has been better and faster than AMD's.

If you get anything above a 570, get a 850W PSU. And what about UPS?

Then you do know that all these 130-140K would just be a waste ? You don't need a good sound card, if you don't have good headphone/speaker. No need for a mousepad (!) for playing Fifa, seriously I'm confused, why do you need a mousepad for playing Fifa or say other popular games ? :S If it were Multiplayer then it would've been a difference case. I gave recommendations for your needs & basically a guideline for spending that awful lot of money.

If you are going to play in your Bravia, then get a high end nvidia GPU, a GTX580 or the newer GTX78x if you've the patience & a good brand 650W if you don't have plans for SLI/CF.

About the last quote, yes everyone criticized when you got the D2H over the D3 (or similar ATX model). Reason ? When spending 12K or more, everyone expects an ATX board, rather than a cut down mATX board. Nonetheless it's a Z68, what I meant by perfect is that, it holds the potential to overclock your 2500K just like any other Z68 board. But in the end it's your money, I'm not the one to decide. I'm just giving my thoughts on what you should be looking at(generally for your own good).

If you are not planning to overclock your 2500K to crazy high speeds like 5GHz 24/7, then that board is pretty much ok for such a build. Moreover you don't need 4.5GHz+, since you are not powering any extensive (SLI/CF) build that you'll be needing those extra MHz. I reckon you'll be playing at 1920x1080, where the CPU doesn't matter that much.

Lastly, @naved777 wasn't commenting at all. He would've helped you just like any other member, your 1st post was a bit hurried which is exactly what he pointed out. I don't see any reason for replying like this, moreover he wasn't rude, the only rude thing I see over there is your own reply tbh.

Anyways, good luck with your upgrades.

DUDE no hard feelings AT ALL....i knw its just an xciting feeling when buying new PC components

let me sort out 1 thing for you...starting with GPU
*you said u want to max out games to its LIMITS and also be using 3d when your 3D TV arrives

i would have suggested you the 2 GB 6970 but AMD's 3D feature is not that great
that leaves you with GTX 570*2...remember 2 570s will better than 1 580 BUT in 3D it will hit VRAM wall
so you have to get GTX580 3GB lightnings*2 which will cost you 1lac ALSO 1 thing to notice these 580s are now rare earth GPUs...u will be damn lucky to find these

EDIT: since u asked for a clear cut price list..here it is

    1)MSI GTX570 twin frozer 3*2=62K (31K each)
    2)MSI NGTX580 lightning Xtreme 3GB*2=1lac (50K each)
    3) MSI NGTX580 lightning (normal ones)*2=90K(45K each)
4)HD 6970 (well someone confrim this pricing) as for just rough idea 70K for 2 piece

now its upto you to decide

I guess I could give a last try:
    • ASRock Extreme3 Gen3 Z68 Motherboard- 12.5K
    • One GTX580 or two HD6950s for 44-45K (but I would seriously recommend getting a 7970 or wait patiently for the newer GTX78x)
    • Corsair H100/Silver Arrow/Noctua DH14- $100/$79
    • XFX/Thermaltake 850W+ PSU- 15-17K+ (Don't skimp on this one)
    • Asus Xonar DG- $25-$30
    • Shure 750DJ/840 Headphone- 13.5K/14.5K
    • 128GB SSD (Crucial M4/OCZ Vertex 3/Mushkin Chronos Deluxe/Kingston/Intel)- IDK the price (google or search at newegg/amazon)
    • 1TB Samsung F3 HDD- 8K+ (I guess)
    • SteelSeries QcK+ Fnatic/SK Gaming/Tyloo/MLG/NaVI- the art work is very nice- 2.5K (at best)
