Step-1Do you have warranty?-If no, then proceed to Step-2
Step-2:Yeah there is a computer repairing education center named "PC LAB"...They are good and they can fix your Power Supply. It situated in the first alley after crossing the Science Laboratory...
Most people think time is like a river, that flows swift and sure in one direction. But I have seen the face of time, and I can tell you, they are wrong. Time is an ocean in a storm. You may wonder who I really am, and why I say this. Come, and I will tell you a tale like none you have ever heard.

If you have warranty then try to replace it, check whether there are any cables stopping the fans or not, i don't think any local shop can fix these PSUs properly or something.

@Kruger if any Capacitor is dead then it can be easily repaired by soldering a new capacitor on to the PSU. But if the main board is dead then it will be really tough to replace it. Try Elephant road or u can fix it urself if u know how to soldeir & know how to use a multi-meter to check the caps.

It can also occur because of faulty Power Strip. Amar PS akbar voltage updown er karon dhaaaam kore burst hoisilo. Pore Belkin 420J er akta kinsi, working fine since then. I dont use UPS from 2006.

This! As anonymous bhaiya stated, it can take other expensive components, such as your board/processor/ram/hdd/gpu & if it does, you would be at a complete loss.

@OP, It would be wise to buy a new PSU, than repairing the one you have esp since it went "boom" was you described. @Muradd9 , Murrad bhaiya has extensive knowledge about the inside out of PSUs, maybe he can help.
