    CPU : Intel Core i3 4160 = 8.7k
    MoBo : GIGABYTE B85M-D3H = 6.6k
    RAM : ADATA XPG 8 GB 1600MHz = 4.4k
    GPU : GIGABYTE GTX 950 = ~16k
    HDD : Toshiba 1 TB = 4k
    PSU : {I don't Know. Someone please recommend him something good} = ~6k
    Case : Cooler Master N300 = 3.5k

TOTAL === 49.2k (Over budget, but this is all I could recommend among what's good enough).

nothing personal but by reading his earlier post i believe he is member of 'anti-psu' squad (you know wat i mean). i almost always have strongly disagreed with his psu recommendation. to me those recommendations were 'rubbish and bogus'.

    to op:

    i3+ h81 = 14k i5+81=20k

    ram 8gb 1600mhz 4.5k probably gskill

    hdd 4k 1tb 2tb ~6.5k

    gigabyte 950gtx 15.2k , 960 ~19k

casing- hmm... search for ~2k delux or space casing.

psu- this is the trickiest part... you have to buy entry level crap.... maybe cm gx2 or thunder or tt tr2 at 3.5k.

    total= ~47k core i3, 53k core i5.

If you could increase your budget a bit and interested in an AMD build, lemme know. just have 2 leftovers from previous sale. warranty for 1 year. anyways if uncomfortable with that i suggest getting that @furiousTaher said preferably go for i5 over the i3.

Wait for a couple of weeks for core i3 6100 (3.7 GHz, 120$) and H110 (60$) boards to become available in Bangladesh. They pack a lot more power than i3 4th gen.

About case you can get cooler master elite 311 for 2.7 k. Corsair VS450 will probably suffice for a cheap build. But if you want to go future proof, you can take Gigabyte pulse 600 for 6k or Seasonic 520W bronze for 6.6k etc.

If you get a factory overclocked GTX 950 get something like 500W, I don't trust Maxwell with overclocked GPUs, I heard their TDP fluctuates if you increase core clock.
