I'm using the 384kbps package, and I think I get what I pay for.

    1. Yes.
    2. Not bad.
    3. Quite good.
    4. Speed doesn't fluctuate much, I get 45~49kBps.

I don't have any problem with browsing or downloading, but youtube videos take a bit time to buffer at 360p, at 240p its fine.

Tagging more Link3 users so that they can help too.

    1. Speeds are concurrent, i.e what ever you get for download, you'll get that for upload.
    2. Speed drops are apparent, but the CIR is 75%. It's usually 80-85% of your total b/w.
    3. You are getting 512 speeds with your 256 line, IIRC 384NDP is around 1.4K/mo. At night, you'll get 80-90KB/s. But at day time, you'll get around 40-45KB/s.
    4. Same HTTP speeds. I myself use the 512NDP, the only problem is I need to buffer as Dee mentioned to watch Youtube properly
