get a dual core E5200 or E2200 for less, and spend more on the graphics card

dont get anything less than the 9600GSO, it is around 10.5k here

the rest seem to be ok. HP SATA dvd writers are around 2.5k, you might get those if you want em

gpu gigabyte 2600xt nie nao from rupel. good card for budget.
and DDR II, dual channel 667MHz 2x1GB is better than single channel 800MHz 1x2GB.

it depends on brand i guess. some GPU would have one DVI and one VGA input each. and some would have two DVI inputs. but it's no big deal becoz u can use converters to suit ur monitor scheme.
