So today after a fresh win 7 setup i was installing my MSI h61 driver and i accidentally installed the bios update file and left the room without noticing.

when i entered the room i found my pc showing a msg "BIOS update iss not yet completed. Please insert usb pendrive and reset system"

Try updating BIOS from pendrive using Mflash In BIOS settings.

Is the USB formatted with FAT/FAT32 filesystem? Is the bios file inside it renamed to correct format? Finally, do you have the bios file in exe or bin format inside the USB drive? Check your motherboard's manual to learn the details about the file name and format.
