    http://www.cccp-project.net/

you can use the zoom player or media player classic that comes with CCCP.

on the other hand, you can use jetAudio (http://www.cowonamerica.com/) which
can utilize CCCP codec pack to play or use its own built-in decoders.

and dont go for VLC media player no matter what people says. VLC is one of the worst way to play media files.

i'd still say, VLC is the worst way.

k-lite is overloaded. it is only recommended if CCCP is not enough.

CCCP is still the best. k-lite has a lot of things extra than cccp but those things are very very rarely needed. you can consider them kinda junk, really.

all type of ogg file can be played with ffdshow (CCCP) or jetAudio (without any codec).
