    Core i3 2100 - 9k
    Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2P-B3 - 5k
    Samsung S20A300N 20" LED Monitor - 11k
    Transcend 2GB 1333mhz DDR3 x2 - 2.2k
    500GB Samsung - 5.8k
    Altec Lansing VS2621 2:1 Speakers - 2.5k
Generic PSU along with Case - 2.5k

    Around 38k.

An AMD setup within this budget isn't that good, go with intel. And these Altec Lansing speakers are better than quite a lot of Creative 4:1/5:1 speakers, so. :/

@samiulislam16 , pretty much of what error wrote.

There's an ECS H61 board with 4 RAM slots, get that if possible. Just recommending it over the Gigabyte for future expand-ability. Oh & change the RAM to A-Data 2x2GB, price should be the same.
I don't know which one is available, but these are the boards I'm talking about:

    http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail.aspx?DetailID=1304&CategoryID=1&DetailName=Feature&MenuID=103&Lan ID=9
    http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail.aspx?DetailID=1252&CategoryID=1&DetailName=Feature&MenuID=103&Lan ID=9

    I
'm guessing the second one, or you can look for 4 DIMM slotted Gigabyte boards, either it's just fine. But I'm afraid you friend is short of 3K You can cut the HDD to 320GB, but IMO it wouldn't make much difference in price, as they are already inflated. Btw don't you need a DVD-RW drive ? Oh & get a 1080P monitor at least, since the PC will be primarily used for HD videos & multimedia. Zimmer bought a Philips 1080P momitor recently, namely the Philips 224EL, here's the thread:

    http://banglagamer.com/showthread.php?21749-Philips-224el-users-plz-respond....

    Y
ou can ask them about the price. or the Samsung one error mentioned is fine if it's a 1080P.

    Hope it helped.

Yeah, get the Philips 224EL, costs the same as the Samsung monitor i mentioned, as in 11-11.5k, I listed the Samsung B2230H 22" Monitor at first, but you would need to manage another extra 2ks, so skimped out on that. :/

B2230 doesn't have an HDMI port, but B2230H does have one, that's what the H stands for in the name, and it's 13k now, and Philips 224EL is still 17k for some weird reason. And @samiulislam16 , AOC monitors are good, not THAT good, but good, as in, not bad.
