actually ecs er baper e amader onekey dharona kharap chilo pore by some positive user review Ecs turned out to be a good vendor, so same here as I do not know any thing about Biostar, any positive/negative feedback will be appreciated...

stay away from biostar product. they use cheap capacitors.

I've used Biostar g31 chipset mobo for over 3 years, still serving well, so IMO it's a good Vendor.

please also mention from where did u get that info..

i personally used biostar t series mobo when i bought q6600. within 3 months the mobo went out of order. returned it and got another one. it had the same problem, later the seller changed my mobo with gigabyte one and told me they got several similar complains so not taking anymore risk. although it was almost 3 years ago but right now there is no biostar distributor in UK, nearest one is in germany. so it is safe to say they dont produce reliable product. :-)

Instead of getting these brand boards get an ECS board or even a H67, as u won't be able to oc either ways on that 2600.

Even ASrock is not upto the mark. A person only buys these boards only when its meant to be run at stock without any tweaking or used in office.

mis-conception.....mis-information all over this thread...every body running behind Asus... Gigabyte...MSI... have you guys ever used cheap boards of Asus, MSI and Gigabyte... i have been using them since 2000. MSI had very bad reputation for cheap boards. Almost every board got burnt within 18 months. Asus boards are unstable in nature from the very start.. used P5K-VM... the classic P4P-800 (Legend that made asus renowned).... now using Asus H61-MLX. Gigabyte cheap boards are are good at stock but really hard to overclock... my friends 890-FX UD5 cannot even successfully unlock Phenom II 550 ( Which unlocks in MSI 890 fx board). So just because it is Biostar, AsRock and ECS does not mean it is cheap, crap board. My choice now goes to AsRock boards... They are the most stable boards i have seen. The failure rate is really low compared to other brands. U can ask the reseller of AsRock Computer City....

gigabyte looks YAKH ,lacks features ,msi and ASUS low end boards are not reliable and have stability issues

just take a look at ASRock FATlity owners all over the world ,they are rocking with the board and achieving amazing clocks and yeah WHO said ASRock is BAD brand?!!!!!!!!!!!!
its a friggin subsidiary of ASUS itself!!

and @musvi bhai just make sure the revision of the ASRock board and pick that up
