    I intend to withdraw some Skrill amount off of them. I wonder how legit they are. Anyone has any experience with them? TIA.

    why not withdraw directly to your bank account?

    1. I do not own a bank account yet.

    2. I did not receive the address verification mail, which further complicated the process of withdrawing funds.

    Only option remaining is sending the funds to PayPalbd's Skrill account and getting cash in return.

    opening a bank account is easy. you should open one.

    @OoAIDoO , yes I can. Through a currency exchanger that is, who charges 10% of the amount transferred. No other charges.

    Yes, I have had fair share of those experiences. The guy I am talking about is legitimate. I have been using his PayPal (in exchange for my Skrill + 10% fee) for over 2 years now. Never faced any issue.
