Sorry to say but with monitor and peripherals included you won't be able to fit a gtx 970 in your build in that budget. Unless ofcourse you cut costs in many corners.

    setup 1:
    haswell i5 4460 or something 14.5k
gigabyte or asus h81 chipset mobo ~5k
    ddr3 8gb 1600mhz ~5k

    setup 2:

    skylake i5+ mobo(150 chipset) = ~24k
ddr4 ram price... i am not too sure about that... 8gb probably like 5-6k

    common things:

    gb 970gtx 30k
or asus 970 31k... out of stock probably

1tb hdd ~4k 2tb ~7k, 1tb is nothing now a days because of bdix... you should take 2tb

casing... i dont see very cheap good casing now a days... but search for delux casings or value top casings at 2-2.5k
i think the legendary delux casing... forgot the model...m50?... is 2.3k.. but dont know if its in stock now ask vanguard

psu: this is kinda tricky part... the cheaper powersupplies in the market are all entry level and i hate entry level psu, so... i dont know.... maybe cheaper thermaltek tr2? or search for coolermaster v series 500w, i dont know their prices.... or take gigabyte pulse 650 at 6k.. little more pricey.

keyboard mouse 400tk +300tk mouse pad 50tk. i mean... i cant really play with 300tk mouse and 50tk mousepad, but i think many bangladeshi players do play games with them... so...

    dvd rom 1.2k?

    total without monitor: setup 1 ~68.5k 2 ~75k

    monitor dell 1080p 12k

    total 80k?

comment: its going to be difficult to get 970 at 75k pc because in BD products are 100tk/dollar

moreover if u really want ddr4 and skylake you need to get cheaper gpu, or increase the budget by a significant margin

pro tip: don't buy this one- http://startechbd.com/desktops/Gamin...ng-Graphics-01

just making sure new guy doesnt fall into trap to end up buying a 740gt pc with 65k.

    - - - Updated - - -

btw, i heard ehsas was selling gaming pc's with good price, with gtx 970 or r9 390, but i dont know if he is still selling gaming PCs now.

The Cooler Master V550 (550W) costs 8k so that shouldn't be recommended here, do some research and you'll know the price. Visit Binary Logic's site for prices of Cooler master products in BD.

    1. Intel Core i5 4460 = 14.4k
    2. GIGABYTE H81 D3H/HD3 = ~5k (Contact @VANGUARD )
    3. ADATA XPG 8 GB (2x4 GB) 1600MHz CL9 = 4.4k (OSGS)
    4. GIGABYTE PULSE 650W = 5.9k (Contact @VANGUARD ) [I'm not too sure about PSUs so take other people's recommendations too]
    5. WD Blue 1 TB = ~4k (Contact @VANGUARD )
    6. Cooler Master N300/K281 = 3.5k (Binary Logic) [If you can spend a lil' more then go for Corsair SPEC 01 = 4.2k]
    7. GIGABYTE GTX 970 = 30k (Contact @VANGUARD )
    8. Dell S2240L = 11.5k (Star Tech)
    9. PROLiNK EVOTIS Gaming Mouse = 0.6k
    10. Logitech K120 Keyboard = 0.6k

    TOTAL = 79.9k

    NOTES :

Sorry to exceed budget but I tried my best to cut down on areas not very relevant in Gaming but I still couldn't include Speakers, or DVD ROM (which you shouldn't be using anymore at this era). The Mouse and keyboard are super cheap, but you should be fine if you haven't used a Gaming Mouse or Mechanical keyboard before, at you budget including those isn't possible. The CPU is Quad Core but still has low frequency so don't expect to run CPU intensive applications or games very well.

haswell +970 one sold out now, will be restocked with skylake and available again from december.

As for OP, consider getting a gtx 960 instead. you'd be able to get a good build with that and 960 is enough for 900p and 1080p at the moment. you don't need to get an expensive psu for this card though both 960 and 970 are very efficient. if you do want the 970 though, then you'd have to spend around 80k atleast and go for the builds that the others already posted.

srry, i am little tired of research right now

OP: please buy dvd rom, price ~1k. you are gonna need it, at least once, windows installation.

also, every pc suggester including me forgets something- windows, its 30$ cdkey from g2a.com. but... as you are new in PC platform you may want to buy disk... pirated windows 7 disks are 50tk, legit disks... i dont know where to get them... maybe binary logic or computer source... ~4k i think

i dont think there is any difference between cpu intensive games running in 4460 and 4570, like arma 3, or.... total war? or maybe i am wrong

    - - - Updated - - -

op: i suggest 970gtx because its awesome, so 80k budget is best it seems. and if you can increase ur budget a little bit r9 390 gigabyte is 32k. its better in dx12, and even in dx11. but if you want to stick with nvidia its completely understandable, gamers first choice- nvidia

Take a freaking Thermaltake TR2 450W, should cost really less. Why would you need a 650W for a GTX 970? It takes freaking 160-180W, then you have Haswell or Skylake. Either of choices above take around 70W. So that leaves 150W for the rest, 10W goes to HDD, 5-6W goes to RAM, 4W for your fans each. That's it
You have a system that consumes somewhat 300W at full load.

Or a TR2 500W, nothing is wrong with the TR2 series.

nothing personal, but can i know why you and giant always completely ignore motherboard power consumption?

to OP: although i agree with the main point of trave's paragraph- you dont need very high wattage psu, but one thing you have to NOTE THAT ALL LOW WATTAGE PSU IN BANGLADESHI MARKETS ARE ENTRY LEVEL PSU. and i hate entry level psu, you can call me racist but i hate them. i personally think you should avoid them at all cost, no matter what your requirement is... you are the guy who is buying a 65k pc aint ya? (65k=800$)

also please note that: Bangladeshi computer markets are a very very dangerous area for newbies, if you dont know what you are doing you may end up dead, i mean you may end up buying non-durable low performance product, or straight up refurbished, or even copycat product.
(to others whats the english for nokol products btw? i am little too furious to recall it right now.)

    tr2 is entry level too.

self proclaimed BG geeks said new tr2 series is quite better than old one, though the only geeks i believe here are fox mulder, codex, avas bros sometimes vanguard and redwan bros... and maybe aayman... all others i dont trust. in recent times i see some new 'geeks' providing information i completely disagree with, and i think they are terribly, terribly wrong.

@z.a.s . can you please tell me which lowest price casing has support for 320mm gpu?

vanguard claimed gb gz1 casing does but i am still confused.

edit: my bad... wrong question lol. n300 does it

No, i will not make anyone buy Delux products.

I only work for GIGABYTE. Smart/ComputerSource/UCC is not my concern.
