    Question Getting performance hiccups

I play games like Payday 2, Guild Wars 2, Warframe, League of Legends(on hiatus) and recently playing Metro Last Light. Somehow one thing is common and am facing is stutters. I though OCing my GPU in open casing was causing it, so I reset everything to defaults. Still getting problems, then I set defaults on my BIOS since I OC'd my CPU using CM 212x with 372Mhz Bus speed instead of 334Mhz stock with voltage at auto adjustment, still getting problems. I got hiss, suppressed sounds from Titanfall for like 10 seconds each which was affecting my gameplay, this and other games also crashed including bunch of apps I use and startup during boot. Either my mobo is acting up, my OS still having symptoms from after-virus affect, the beta driver 15.9.1 is having bugs or my CPU is got dated.

Need help here, I can't even make the new DDR2 RAM I bought work. My mobo is GA-P35 DS3L, my brother's in-law gave it to me.

Think I should reconfigure my wires, it explains why the PC didn't boot properly the last time.

That did something weird, but happily I disabled the add-on that was causing it. Using Magic Actions I would get small stutters but that's ok for me as long as am able to watch the videos without hiccups but still CPU is at 100% use
