CrossFireX is possible when pairing with same gpu(usually same Radeon model for better stability), that means for example combining HD 6770 with another HD 6770 or 6750(as both has same gpu and it can be from different vendors like Sapphire or Asus), but not with HD 6850 or any other.

CrossfireX can be done with cards of the same series like 6850 with 6870 but the higher level card will down clock to match the other card. For example a 6850 & a 6870 crossfire solution is worse compared to a 6850 alone crossfire. So its advised to use the same card. Vendor will not matter. In Crossfire/SLi each card will have its own bit. They won't be combined. For 12k budget try to get this :
    Tk. 11,000
    Model - MSI 890GXM-G65
    Form Factor - Micro ATX
Supported CPU - Phenom II / Athlon II / Sempron 100 Series
    Chipset - AMD 890GX
    RAM Type - DDR3
    RAM Bus (MHz) - 800/1066/1333/1600 (OC)/1800 (OC)/2133 (OC)
    RAM Max. (GB) - 16
    RAM Slot - 4
    PCI Express x16 Slot - 2
    SATA Port - 5
    FSB Speed (MHz) - 2600
    IDE Port - 1
    Audio Chipset - Realtek ALC889
    Audio Channel - 8
Video Chipset - ATI Radeon HD 4290
    LAN Chipset - Realtek 8111DL
    LAN Speed (Mbps) - 10/100/1000

A piece of advice, steer clear from any MSI AMD 8xx series board, yes even the 890FXA GD70! Either go for a 990FXA GD80, but that would be out of your budget, or get an Asus/Gigabyte AMD 8xx board. If you can find the 990FXA GD65, but I would still recommend against it. I don't know why but MSI has a pretty bad reputation when it comes to lower end boards & esp the AMD 8xx boards from MSI.

The poor 4+1 VRM design & when going for high overclocks 3.8GHz+ (esp with no cooling) could mean problems with the above mentioned boards except the GD80/GD65/8xx Asus/Gigabyte

Though the 890GXM GD65 should be okay, with your Crossfire needs, but don't go for high overclocks with an X6 or X4 (125W)!

6770 CFX's power draw will be similar to a single gtx560(~160W)...so i think a delta 550W will be enough for this.you may get something better than this within 7.5K. don't know current market price though.....
