    380 is significantly better than 960. depends on what you mean by significantly though. and as far i know there is no free metal gear solid with 960... so 380 is definitely the way to go. its 20k at ryans... and psu- you can get seasonic 520w for 7k, or take gigabyte pulose 650 for 6k,

    EDIT: NO MGS with 960 in Bangladesh

    Significant means by a big margin, 5-8fps dosen't mean significant. and yes MSG V : TPP is free with any gtx 960, you can just email them and get the code. It's really the only reason to get a 960 (unless you don't want to upgrade your psu) if you're sure on getting a new psu though and don't want the legal game copy then get 380 for 20-22k it's the best card at that price range. if you could increase your budget though try getting r9 390 for 31-33k. the performance will actually be significantly better and more futureproof as well.

    Edit : http://prntscr.com/8pyoxi > msg free with 960.

    it applies WORLDWIDE. you can claim codes from gpu's bought from BD.(have seen people get it too) you just need to make sure you bought it from an official distributor of that brand. you can message nvidia's cs and ask them if they can get codes for valid purchases in BD to clarify.

    it isn't 10-20%. it is 9% on the newest titles @1080p and 4% on 2 year old titles at @1080p. So no does not sound significant.

    Thanks.
    Choice One
    R9 380 4GB. It should cost u from 22K-23K. Asus Strix and G1 runs at higher 990MHz and should also cost less than the Sapphire.
    Gigabyte Pulse 650W PSU for 6K, @VANGUARD can help

    Choice Two
    Asus Strix 960 2GB for 20.5K (you resolution is low and I dont think it would require more than 2GB of Vram)
    Corsair VS 450 for 3.5K

    If 5-8 fps isn't significant then GTX 960 = GTX 950

    well you are kinda right and kinda wrong... depends on the game though. i would say 10-15% in recent games. can be even more in some games.

    Not significant does not make it same. a significant difference would be comparing a 970 to a 950. a 960 is just better than a 950, but not by a big margin same with 380 and 960.

    Spend 20k for R9 380 4GB from Ryans (if they are including warranty) and then spend money on a 600W bronze efficient PSU.

    -_- are you suggesting people in BD can get mgs after buying 960gtx? ok, maybe you are right and the nvidia fanboys in this forum are ignorant.

    OP: can you please ask ucc and vanguard(vanguard is affiliated with gigabyte and smart) about mgs with 960 or 970 purchase?

    I think the OP should get the 380 regardless as it performs better than the 960. idk why he'd want a msg since most people here torrent anyways unless he loves msg multiplayer that is.

    As for the 960 you do get the code when the offer's still going on and if the person selling it is officially doing so, have to check if the msg offer is still up now. currently it's rainbow six siege and AS syndicate for 970 and above not sure about 960. but people did get free msg v tpp with it.

    I will buy a new GPU & PSU next month (in November, 2015)
    My budget is 28,000 TK. Please tell me what GPU & PSU will be best for me...

    Thanks.

    GPU : Sapphire R9 380 4 GB = 20k at Ryans. (NOTE : Ryans Warranty policy is criticized to be terrible, albeit they promise {personal} warranty)
    PSU : Cooler Master V550 80+ Gold Semi Modular PSU = 8k (Binary Logic)

    TOTAL = 28k

    OR

    GPU : GIGABYTE R9 380 4 GB (2 years warranty + Backplate) = 22k
    PSU : GIGABYTE PULSE 650W = 5.9k

    TOTAL = 27.9k

    Also please change your Monitor to a 1080p one or you will not be able to experience the full power of the GPU. If you don't plan on changing your monitor then you can settle for like a 950 or a 280 which will be much cheaper, but in future if you plan on getting 1080p display (which you really should) then go for 380. You might also get a 960 if you prefer Nvidia GPU and it's features with the better drivers, and you might also get MGS V. But performance wise, and price/performance (only for the card) wise the 380 beats the 960.
