    i5 6500 - 15.5k

    Gigabyte Z170 SLI - 14k

    G-Skill DDR4 2400Mhz - 5.5k

    Gigabyte Pulse 650W - 6k (I guess)

Go for any good ATX mid tower casing for 3k, there is Thermaltake Versa, Coolermaster N200 or Elite 311 Blue.

    WD 1TB Blue - 4.5k

    Total - 48.5k

The cheapest one I know is CM N400 and Thermaltake Versa for less than 4K but I dont know if it is available or not, plus the build quality is bad, and most of the fan slots are unusable in practice. Honestly their is no right answer to this. It comes down to availability and personal preference.

I would suggest that u check out all of the available models of Cooler Master, Corsair, Thermaltake, NZXT, and other brands at shops like One Stop Solutions, UCC, Ryans, Computer Source and pick the one which u like the most. Its just like shopping for cloths.

I personally checked N400's review, it's not that great. Has a good build but worst case scenarios are fan placements and you can't place the radiator at the left of the casing which there is a slot for, thank goodness the upper ceiling has good space for 240mm radiators. Other than that cable management is kind of dreadful with this thing, it's little brother N200 is much better but a bit too small for mid tower build.

    1. i5 6500 = 16.5k (Binary Logic)
    2. * | For Z170 go with GIGABYTE GA-Z170XP-SLI = 15k (Binary Logic)
    3. G.SKILL RIPJAWS V F4-2400C15D-16GV [ASK FOR SINGLE STICK ONLY*] = 5.5k (Binary Logic)
    4. GIGABYTE PULSE 650W 80+ Bronze = 5.9k (contact @VANGUARD )
    5. [If you want a very good looking and well built case] Corsair SPEC 01 = 4.2k (Star tech) |OR| [Good enough case] CM N300/K281 = 3.5k (Binary Logic)
    6. WD Blue 1 TB = 4.4k (almost any Computer shop)

    * Go for B150 or H170 MoBo as you are not using Unlocked CPU (K series). GIGABYTE B150 and H170 should be available by now, contact @VANGUARD for price and models, should be much cheaper than getting Z170.
    * If Binary Logic doesn't sell the RAM by single stick then get the other Dual Channel 8 GB one, but it'll cost you 6.6k. They should sell single stick as their prices are given as per stick (DIMM) = 5.5k.

Please post the models and their prices on the GIGABYTE thread. Also the OP wanted DDR4 supported MoBo (since he asked for DDR4 RAM), so you should recommend him a B150/H170 MoBo with DDR4 support. Also is the price expected to decrease in the near future ? as GIGABYTE usually has much lower prices than the competition (like LGA 1150 series).

We are too clever. Don't you think we are normal people. We ordered all the DDR3 supported 100 series boards which will eventually damage your CPU over time. Only 3 models of our Z170 models support DDR4, 1 model of H170 support DDR4 and NO model of B150 support DDR4. Such intelligence, much wow!!

There was this recent news or something which said that using normal DDR3 RAM (over 1.35V, ) can damage CPU slowly over time, because the CPU is made to support DDR3L which is 1.35V although normal RAM does work perfectly fine. Not sure how legit that is but some complained and @VANGUARD said it doesn't affect the GIGABYTE boards as it has been tested. Regarding that he probably thought I or the OP wanted DDR4 just because of that (when it's clearly not, at least in my case) . So he made that post.

Also there are no DDR4 supported B150 MoBo in BD right now, but there are models which can support it, but they're just not available here.
